1. What kind of PII do we collect and store?
(a) When you register for our Service, you are asked to provide your email address. You may also provide additional PII when you participate in our blog or feedback page.

(b) Before you can access the paid features of our Services you will have to provide your real name and payment information necessary for us to receive payment.

(c) Being a service for the tracking of mobile devices, location data in relation to the device which is being tracked will be collected and stored. One of the features we offer is that such location data can be sent to diverse mobile telephone numbers and email addresses. If you use this feature, we collect and store such mobile telephone numbers and email addresses.

2. What do we do with your PII?
In general, we use the PII to deliver the Services and to collect payment.
(a) When you register to obtain a user account on our Website, we ask you to provide your email address to create your account and establish a password and profile. Providing your email address will allow us to send you your password if you should forget it. Keep your account password confidential, do not use others' accounts and do not let others use your account. puntalo will never try to request your password by means of unsolicited calls or emails. (b) We use and retain your payment PII to process your application and to collect payment. If we ask you for your payment information, we transfer this information in a secured format. puntalo uses the industry standard security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). puntalo does not sell or otherwise distribute your payment information.

(c) We collect the location data regarding any handset you decide to track through your account and associate it with unique identifiers to that handset and to your account. This location data will be deleted after fifteen days.

3. Does puntalo disclose or share your PII?
As far as puntalo works together with contractors and service providers such as for example server hosting and payment collection providers in connection with the performance of your agreement with puntalo and in particular to deliver the Services, your PII will be accessible to such third parties only if and in so far as this is necessary for administration and maintenance of the Services. Apart from that, puntalo may only disclose your PII to third parties if you explicitly consent to it and if and, as puntalo is required to do so by applicable law.

4. How do we protect and secure the PII you provide on our Website?
puntalo has implemented a variety of measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of PII that puntalo stores and controls. When Payment PII is transmitted, we use the industry standard security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). However, no website can fully eliminate security risks. Third parties may circumvent our security measures to unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Further, we will anonymise all location data after 15 days making it impossible to associate such data to any particular handset or user account.

We maintain and use anonymised information about you that is automatically collected by our Website and server logs when you visit the Website.
